Linda Tremain
Linda is a licensed physical therapist, a certified athletic trainer, and a Pilates instructor certified by Romana Kryzanowska of Romana's Pilates since 1986. For seven years she was part owner of two physical therapy clinics. Linda, a former competitive collegiate level gymnast, was a medical team member for USA Olympic Rhythmic Gymnastics team. For six years she provided fitness, physical therapy, and the Pilates Method of Body Conditioning for the Olympic ice skating programs in Lake Placid . She lectures nationally and has written topics including: knee and shoulder taping, sport specific analysis, biofeedback, joint and soft tissue mobilization, injury prevention, stretching, weight training, improving vertical jump height, and boots and blades for figure skaters. Currently, she consults with Cirque du Soleil. She also travels internationally as a medical team member and participates in High Performance training camps at the Olympic Training Center for United States Figure Skating.
She is the Midwest coordinator of McConnell Seminars providing continuing education programs for physical therapists and athletic trainers in the McConnell knee and shoulder methods.

Amy McDowell, PT
Amy McDowell is a licensed physical therapist & New York certified Pilates instructor. She came to physical therapy after a career in ballet. Amy has a BFA in dance from University of Cincinnati & earned her physical therapy degree at Richard Stockton College of N.J. She worked in outpatient orthopaedic clinics in N.J. before moving to Chicago in 2000 to work for Linda Tremain. Amy has spent several summers at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid , NY , providing Pilates instruction, fitness classes and physical therapy for the Miracles of Gold Summer Skating Program.
She continues to dabble in ballet and ballroom dancing.

Cindy Venegoni
After experiencing the benefits of Pilates, Cindy felt compelled to make a career change to teach & share this exercise method with others. She was certified in 2000 by Joseph Pilates' protégé, Romana Kryzanowska. She also holds a BA in design from The International Academy of Design & Technology & a real estate license. She is an avid skier and spends her spare time in Aspen, CO.

Sue Wojnarowicz
Sue Wojnarowicz received her Pilates certification from Romana's Pilates ( New York ) in February 2004. She started taking Pilates lessons as a client of Fitness Foundations in 1999, which eventually lead her into entering the Pilates Teacher Certification Program. Sue also teaches karate and is a NASM certified personal trainer.
In her spare time, she is currently studying to be a massage therapist.

Jill Johnson
Jill Johnson divides her time as a Pilates instructor between Fitness Foundations and Studio 121 in Freeport, IL. She was certified by Romana Kryzanowska in 2003. She also holds a BFA in dance from The Juilliard School and an MFA in dance from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and has been teaching ballet and modern dance since 1983. |

Pawel Gross
Pawel Gross, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Structural Therapist. Pawel graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1995. He has over 500 hours of additional training in multiple massage techniques including: structural therapy, myofacial release, cranio-sacral therapy and neuromuscular therapy.
He has two children who keep him busy in his spare time |
